For years, I was stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting—chasing quick fixes, trying every fad, and wasting money on supplements that promised results but never delivered. At my heaviest, I was 50 pounds overweight and desperate for a solution. I can’t even count how many diets I tried, how many times I lost weight only to gain it back (plus more), or how much time I spent feeling frustrated and defeated.

NUTRITION AND FITNESS COACH

In 2021, I decided this had to change. I hired a coach, and it was the best thing I could have done to get the ball rolling.

Fast forward to the present day and I have lost those 50lbs, gained a LOT of muscle (always a work in progress), completely transformed my relationship with food, and completely changed my body. All of this in my 40s! ​

I have discovered a passion for helping women do the same which led me to a completely new career path. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and Strong Certified Body Transformation Coach.

My goal is to show women the power of building muscle and the freedom of eating in a way that fuels their bodies (hello, carbs!).

​

Once I finally learned what actually works—fueling my body properly and training with purpose—everything changed. Now, I help women do the same. No gimmicks, no extremes—just real, sustainable strategies that get results.
